1. Terms of Use
The use of Pokiddo non-slip socks is mandatory within the play area. Pokiddo socks cost €2 and can be reused as many times as desired. Socks from other centres may not be used.
The user accepts that this is a sporting activity.
The user acknowledges that, as this is a sporting activity, it may involve potential risks and/or consequences, and that the use and/or enjoyment of the attractions or activities provided at Pokiddo’s facilities may involve known, expected or unexpected risks, such as falls, trips, slips and collisions with other users, with the possibility of injury. As a result, users may suffer wounds, sprains, dislocations, or injuries to the head, neck or back, which could even result in disability in the event of a serious injury. The user accepts these risks and releases Pokiddo from liability for any injury sustained, acknowledging the risks involved in participating in the activity.
Children under 14 years of age (i.e. aged 13 or under) may be accompanied by both parents. For Canary Islands residents, each parent’s admission is reduced to €2 per parent (plus €2 per parent for Pokiddo non-slip socks). For non-Canary Islands residents, the admission fee for one parent only is reduced to €2 (plus €2 for Pokiddo non-slip socks). Children aged 4 or under must be accompanied by at least one parent in the play area, who must purchase admission and socks at the stated price. If the child is 5 years old, one parent must enter the play area unless they sign an informed consent form.
Adult admission is personal and non-transferable.
Access to the trampoline area is not permitted for people with health conditions, previous injuries or pregnant women.
Entry to Pokiddo is not permitted under the influence of alcoholic beverages or any other substance that may impair the user’s motor skills or behaviour.
Running is not permitted in the rest area or main hall.
Pokiddo reserves the right to refuse admission in the event of non-compliance with these regulations or failure to follow instructions given by our STAFF, as well as in cases of disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour within the premises. Anyone who endangers their own safety or that of another user or member of staff may be removed from the premises.
Pokiddo does not recommend this activity for people with muscular or bone injuries, or pre-existing conditions for which activities involving bouncing, jumping or impacts are not advisable. The company accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury if it is unaware of the user’s condition.
A muscle warm-up, supervised by centre staff, must be completed before entering the leisure area.
One adult companion may enter the leisure area free of charge for people with an officially certified disability of 70% or more.
Pokiddo has a security camera system to ensure the proper operation and safety of our customers.
Food and/or drink (including chewing gum, sweets, etc.) may not be taken into the leisure area. In addition, consuming food and/or drink brought from outside is prohibited throughout our facilities, including the rest area.
Access to the leisure area with sharp objects or any other object that may pose a risk of injury is prohibited (jewellery, belt buckles, keys, etc.).
Cameras and mobile phones are permitted in the leisure area. However, Pokiddo accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or any damage to such electronic devices.
Pokiddo accepts no responsibility for theft, robbery, damage to or loss of any clothing or personal belongings belonging to the user during their stay at the facility.
Participants may be photographed and filmed during the activity unless they expressly state otherwise, and their image may be used for advertising purposes by X-Jump Multi Activity, Sociedad Limitada (Pokiddo Canarias). If you do not agree to this, please notify reception before taking part in the activity.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not available for products or services that have already been used.
Refund requests are not accepted for products or services more than 24 hours after purchase. Where a refund is not possible, we offer the option to change the date of the booked service, allowing customers to choose a new date on which to use their purchase, subject to availability.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds will be processed at the Pokiddo reception desk or, where required, through the procedure specified by email.
Approved refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment, ensuring the security and transparency of the refund process.
3. Shipping Policy
As this is a virtual product, no physical shipping policy applies. After purchase, you will receive an email containing a PDF which serves as proof of purchase and allows you to access the premises.
4. Explicit Consent
When making a purchase on our website, the user must tick a box confirming their explicit acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, including our refund, cancellation and shipping policies. This action constitutes informed and explicit consent in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Payment Security
All payments made on our website are processed securely using SSL technology and through the bank’s payment gateway, ensuring the highest level of security for every transaction. All transactions are carried out within Spain, ensuring compliance with applicable local legislation regarding e-commerce and data protection.
6. Order Reservations
Orders placed on our website will be held for 7 minutes to allow the payment process to be completed. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled, releasing the selected date and time for other users.

To change a booking, you must contact the centre at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We will then find another available session that suits you, subject to capacity, so that you can transfer your tickets.
